MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION:
Each client is guaranteed a maximum of 15 minutes of shooting time. Due to the nature of mini sessions, timing will be strictly adhered to.

CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT:
Mini sessions are non-refundable. However, deposits are transferable should a date change be required. We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any postponements or cancellations.

COOPERATION / NO-SHOWS:
Clients are required to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time slot to ensure the session runs smoothly. Samantha Jackson Photography is not responsible for missed shots due to late arrival, uncooperative behavior, or absence of any key individuals during the session.

COPYRIGHT:
All images remain the sole property of Samantha Jackson Photography and are fully protected by copyright laws.

CLIENT USAGE:
Clients receive high-resolution digital images for personal use only. Images may not be sold, edited with third-party filters, or reproduced for commercial use without prior written consent from the photographer.
