Studio

The Newborn Art Session lasts 3 – 4 hours unless you book my NEWBORN EXPRESS session . You’ll love it because it might be the first proper time you can just sit back and reflect on your new bundle of joy. You can relax with our steady supply of cookies, coffee, tea or fresh fruit and water if you prefer and simply relax watching us capture some unique once in a lifetime artwork of your baby – we do everything.

Choosing a professional newborn photographer with a dedicated studio for infants and new parents will guarantee that you get excellent quality photos you will treasure forever and have a relaxing session that keeps everyone happy, cozy, and stress-free!

Studio is located in Blouberg and has loads of natural light and a boho feel to it to give you a comfortable home away from home.

My photography studio is bright, and full of natural light and professional lighting equipment. Giant windows provide just the right amount of light and diffusion for crystal clear portraiture to capture pure expression and emotion.

Lifestyle

I can do lifestyle session in studio as my studio has a natural boho feel to it with loads of natural light, but I recommend to my clients that we shoot newborn sessions in your home, so that they feel authentic to you and your family, as it will feel the most natural and will usually carry the most sentimental value for you! (It’s also incredibly convenient because all of Baby’s things are right there!!) I won’t decide for sure which rooms we will shoot in until I’m there in your home, and can assess the natural (window) light we have available – but generally, I’ll try to choose a space with big windows and with light-colored, clean wall space/backgrounds! (I also love to take a few photos in the nursery, as long as we have some window light to work with in there!).

Some advantages of booking a LIFESTYLE HOME session :

I come to your home. No need to lug around all that baby gear.
You will feel calmer without the hassle of travelling as you are in your own home.
If your baby is awake – it is totally okay! This is a lifestyle session so we capture little one in the moment and not posed
You get to soak in the moment with your little one.
You get to capture the memories surrounded by your own items in your home
