I wanted to share one my suppliers information blog on Bra's...and the importance of having the correct fitting lingerie. I always highly recommend my clients to go for a free fitting as wearing the right size makes all the difference in how you feel about yourself in the boudoir session.

Wearing the correct fitting bra is so important !
Did you know that when our bodies change, our breasts change too...eg, weight gain, weight loss, age, pregnancy, health issues,
post- pregnancy, excercise/fitness..
Don't suffer with an uncomfortable bra that causes unnecessary pain and discomfort. You won't believe the difference and you'll feel great while taking care of your breast health...

You should have a fitting if :

- Your bra hurts
- Your straps dig in
- Your breasts are bulging
- Your bra is on the tightest hook and still loose
- You have "under-boob"
- Your strap is riding up your back
- Your wires are digging into you
- YOU HAVEN'T CHANGED YOUR BRA IN YEARS....
