MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT TO SECURE YOUR SESSION - PAYMENT MUST BE DONE WITHIN 24HRS of your booking otherwise your session will be released and made available to other clients.

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 20 minutes of shooting time. Images will be sent within 2 DAYS AFTER THE SESSION.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable - 48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated. PLEASE NOTE THIS as I will not refund your session at all if you cancel or arrive late.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions. If you are more than 10mins late your SESSION will be CANCELLED with NO REFUND.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Samantha Jackson Photography.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining digital prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)

• 10 High Resolution digital images
• 20 minutes shooting time in studio
