PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 15 minutes of shooting time.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Samantha Jackson Photography.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining digital prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)

STUDIO STYLED session in soft creams/pastel shades with teepee setup/soft curtain with teepee/antique chair
OUTDOOR styled session - wine farm/field option with teepee setup and antique chair setup
max of 2 children for the session.
